Reasons why there will be an 'Iron Man 4' movie too

Iron Man has been one of the most loved superhero in the past few years and also one of the most talked about superhero in few years. This character was boosted off in the Hollywood when he got his own Spin Off in 2008, Iron Man, starring Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron man aaaand etc. etc. (Unimportant cast members :P). Then came Iron Man 2, again starring RDJ. The movie was not very appreciated by the critics as well as the audience, well, who'd like to watch 2 installments of the same movie having almost the same plot? That's why this movie was a setback to Marvel Movies.

This character was again featured in the post credit of 'The Incredible Hulk' where he talks about the Avengers initiative and finally appeared in The Avengers Movie which was a huge success, it crossed around $1.5 Billion in total gross worldwide and received positive reception from audience as well as the critics. This was the end of the Phase I of the Avengers assemble.

Then came Iron Man 3 in 2013 again starring Robert Downey Jr. This movie had lots of new stuff, tech and a different plot than the rest of the 2 movies released before. The Team knew that they had to cover up what they messed up in Iron Man 2.

With this movie, the contract of Robert Downey Jr. ended with Marvel studios. He could either renew his contract or a new Tony Stark could be finalized. There was lot of discussion between before RDJ (after his demands were negotiated) was signed again for 2 more Marvel movies, The Avengers 2 and The Avengers 3. This was official. But any signing of the Iron Man 4 contract didn't come up in the Media anywhere. But according to my synopsis, there will be an Iron Man 4 movie with RDJ starring in it, Here are the Reasons why:

1.  Iron Man is the most loved character in the Marvel Universe (Well, talking only about the Avengers)
2. Robert Downey Jr. did an astounding job playing Tony Stark in all the movies having Iron Man.
3. Stan Lee (The creator of Marvel Universe) himself quoted that "Robert Downey Jr. is the best person we could find to do the role of Tony Stark, He is exactly like I imagined Tony Stark to be". Now Stan Lee wouldn't like his favorite actor for this role to leave this Role.
4. As Already discussed, RDJ will be playing Tony Stark in Avengers 2 and Avengers 3, Iron Man for phase II has already come out but what about Phase III?
If there is Iron Man at the end of phase II and Phase III then he should be in there somewhere in between also, I mean a Movie.
Iron Man 4 has to come out for phase III to complete having Iron Man in it!
